I have a job that I completely enjoy where I work with my hands. Over time it was getting harder and harder for me to grab tools, pick up small items, and completely close my fingers into a fist. I have taken Solgar No 7 for about 4 weeks. After the 2nd week, I started feeling a difference. Joints were not as stiff. I always attempt the child pose after all my workouts. I was unable to sit comfortably in this pose due to having to bend my knees (my knees have arthritis as does my back). This weekend I was able to do this activity without the immense pain that I normally would feel. Additionally, my mobility has improved. I am able to get into poses that never used to be an issue up until a few years ago. This product works. I do wish there was a vegan substitute but will settle for it, as it is considered a vegetable capsule. I am now looking at other Solgar products that will assist my aging body. I will be 50 soon and I am not looking to slow down anytime soon.

I found it hard to believe the claims - 7 ingredients to work in 7 days to help with mobility. Although I'm older, I still run, lift weights and am very active. So maintaining mobility and keeping down inflammation in joints that "creak" from years of repetitive movement, the product had to work. It also had to beat out other anti-inflammatory products I'd tried. It did! And I felt the difference in a week. If I run out and don't have a replacement at the ready, it will maintain a cumulative effect, but it does wear off. Although there are other good products out there that do the same thing, this one is fast and with only 7 ingredients. I highly recommend it.
