The potassium complex was very easy to swallow. I like that it's packaged in a glass jar instead of plastic. The lid is metal. This is excellent quality stuff. Recommended.

Resolves muscle cramping
I received the benifets that Potassium Amino Acid Complex provides and did not need to fear an allergic reaction to Soy, Gluten, Wheat, or Gelatin. Please, please make it available to purchase once more; the product is out of stock from every vendor!

does Not work
I take potassium for leg cramps/spasms. I tried this brand and the cramps were ridiculous. As soon as I stopped and went back to my old brand (which is nothing fancy, just a drug store brand) - they went away again.
