Great product and fast service

My Doctors re a B12 supplement since I was quite deficient. The taste and ease to swallow was great. Taking daily for 2 months helped my deficiency when I went back for blood work. I highly recommend.

The previous reviewer must have gotten a bad bottle to have a strong smell and taste. The one I got was fine, smelled slightly sweet and tastes really pretty good. I love that I can get all the B vitamins sub-lingual with this instead of just the B-12 like most of the others on the market.

I have been using the Swanson sublingual vitamin B12 Complex for a number of years. I find it effective before exercising to give me an extra energy boost. Also I like that it is a liquid as I don't like taking lots of pills or capsules. The flavor is fine - better than some. I would recommend this product to others.

Great and very effective product I have been using this vitamin for over 10 years and have recommended to many friends who use it also. Taking a B12 vitamin under the tongue vs by injection is the most appealing characteristic of this item. It works amazingly and has kept my B12 vitamin at very healthy levels for years. What I also like is the fact that I take it for a few days when I'm feeling sluggish and it is like a miracle drug. I used to get very nauseous taking the pills, but this sublingual version of B12 is totally free of nausea even on an empty stomach.

I have used liquid b vitamins for years and I thought I would try the Solgar brand as they have an excellent reputation. The taste and smell we so powerful it overwhelmed me and I felt nauseous. I returned it, postage paid by Swanson whom I thank for that. I use Sundown brand now.

Dont drink liquid still products cant be trusted

I'm not a very picky person when it comes to the flavor of my supplements, but this stuff was intolerable. The dosage and use on the bottle indicates you must squirt a full dropperful under your tongue and hold it there for 10 seconds before swallowing. I did manage to choke down the first dose, but the bad taste remained for at least 10 minutes. I can't comment on the quality or effectiveness of this item, but I won't be taking this again, let alone reordering.
