I really hate the fishy flavor in regular DHA products so this is amazing for me because there's gentle smell (not fishy) and no aftertaste.

These are a smaller softgel than a lot of vegetarian DHA supplements. They also have really clear labelling, again unlike many vegetarian DHA supplements that use misleading labelling based around a multi-tablet serving size. Solgar have been totally clear, the 200mg listed is for a 1 softgel serving. I really appreciate that about these. These softgels are almost half the size of other vegetarian DHA supplements that are around 200-250mg as well, so they are much easier to swallow. They do stick together a little in the bottle but not a lot. I also don't notice a marine/fishy taste, aftertaste or burps from these supplements so that is nice too.

My husband has an allergy for fish products, so this omega was the first option to reduce his cholesterol level. Capsules easy to swallow, not big at all, they don't have any taste as well.

A very good substitute for vegans instead of Omega 3. It does not leave an awful taste in your mouth like the real Omega 3 does and it does the same work.

Solgar's Vegetarian DHA is a great plant-based omega-3 option. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I feel good knowing I'm supporting my brain health with a non-fish source of DHA.

A little hard to find a good source of omega 3 and DHA on my whole foods plant based diet, so I tried these. I like this company, but didn't notice much of a difference while taking them. (Probably due to me, not the quality of the supplement. Nothing much seems to affect me, lol)
