Solgar Vitamin and Herb Solgar Female Multiple Vitamins, 120 ea

Very large capsule shaped tablets can be difficult to swallow. Seem to be well absorbed with no negative side effects. Recommended for those with no issues swallowing.

I react very easily to packaged foods even when they are meant to be healthy like a vitamin. I have had no anaphylactic reactions to this vitamin (I have a severe gluten allergy). My tummy has no reactions, and I do not get migraines from taking this vitamin.

I have been taking these vitamins for at least 30 years. If I go on a trip and forget them I don't feel as good. I was surprised when I opened the newest bottle that they were purple not pink. I was a little worried that something had happened, so I was very happy when I checked their site and they explained the new color!

I was surprised by the way my fingernails (and toenails) grew when using this brand of multivitamins. When I ran out, my nails reversed to shorter and more brittle. I thought they just grew that way, I didn't know I was that deficient in nutrition because I eat a healthy diet. My hair looks better, and I have more energy. I didn't get these results from the brands offered in drugstores and discount stores.

Been taking for a while. New jar arrived last week and I was surprised the tablets are no longer pinkish/purple, but they are now blue. I compared ingredients and it appears that Selenium has been removed. Why?

Bought these a few weeks ago, states up to 3 to take, am currently taking 1 due to causing severe nausea sensations. Still have the sicky feeling but not as intense. Feel no benefits at present.

I gagged up twice these tablets, they just dont go down now they going down the bin!
