Years ago I read in a natural healing book about rutin for hemorrhoids. I've used 50 mg for maintenance ever since and it works great! Hard to find the 50 mg, everybody wants you to have 500 milligram, and I do use that for a few days, if I have a problem. Otherwise, 50 mg for maintenance!

I didnt order these. I looked at them and that was it the were delivered.

I think these pills are fake: I had been using a different brand of vitamin b6 supplement to treat pregnancy nausea/morning sickness and it was definitely helping however, it was in 100 mg pills so I’d have to cut the pill and take one half in the morning and the other half at night. That was a pain and so I switched to these since they say they are actually 50 mg in each dose. The first day or so I started using these, I was super nauseous and continued to be so nauseous for the whole week I took these until I switched back to the other original brand. It’s like this brand of b6 didn’t do anything at all! I wish I had a way to really test the potentcy of the b6 in this supplement but anecdotally it didn’t work for me at all and so I doubt that each pill actually contains anywhere close to 50 mg of vitamin b6–if it contains any at all. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA so the potencies can be all over the place. This one is just not cutting it
