Blessings of Good Overall Health
I like the vitamin assortment Im taking now. If it is doing anything positive forme, I am not sure yet. I feel confident in the product though, and nothing happens over night. A regular regimen of hydrating, eating healthily, rest, and exercise daily. I take my vitamins before bed so I dont upset my stomach. I like to take themall at once. Im not a breakfast eater, so I experienced nausea when taking vitamins in the morning. My goal is to get on a great regimen, get the vitamins I need (D too), hydrating is important, and exercise for weight loss, and a good night sleep at night. There is no magic pill. Its seeing what you need for you and followign throughon your goals. One day at a time. Peace fo mind, in loving yourself on that journey, not beating yourself up,is very important. Dont get discouraged. I hope to lose weight,strengthen up after more sitting during covid than ever. It took a toll on my body. I WILL, overcome that! blessings :)

The Very Best Available
I take every day and do not get sick anymore. Twice a day (as close to 12 hours apart as possible) to maintain good level.
