This is a great option for anyone looking to start taking Omega 3's. I take two every day and I've already noticed improvement in my joints. It's a great full spectrum, containing all the essential omega fatty acids. However, it does have the classic fish oil aftertaste. I would simply recommend taking one at the middle of your meal and the other towards the end, and then the aftertaste will be minimal if not inexistent.

Have used Solgar Fish oil for at least 10 years. Lowered my cholesterol to the point where I do not have to take prescription meds. Another product I recommend to my customers!!

Salmon oil is amazing for you and this one I had no fishy after taste. Plus it has vitamin D3 which is an added bonus in the winter when there isn't enough sunlight

A product that contains naturally occurring omega 7 is hard. Its nice to be able to offer a full spectrum product
