I ordered 1 dead soft and one half hard and received two half hard, which is too difficult for many of my students to maneuver well. There was a reason I ordered one of each. Bad move. Too much trouble to return this time of year. I'll search out a better source.

USPS bubble mailer envelope an EXTREMELY POOR choice to ship in, as was the use of an inside USPS bubble envelope and a UPS shipping label. Parcel track number was damaged which probably helped to DELAY arrival by 4 days.
