Strong hold but once I put the nail on I need to put it under the light immediately, or it will start lifting and get air bubbles. Also if you file them down it might cause lifting. But I did my nails and they stayed on about two week before I took them off, because I didn't trust the air bubbles while washing my hands. (I mean with mold and stuff)
