this is a standard purchase for holiday baking. we love the flavor and tart apricot taste

Solo Apricot Cake & Pastry Filling
I've used this product for at least 30 years. It's the best. It also goes under the brand name Baker's. Unlike jellies that ooze out of cookies onto the cookie sheet, Solo fillings are very thick and stay inside the cookies. I use them when making Kolachy that have two open ends.

Solo and Baker's Apricot Filling are the same ....
Love it !!! Been looking for Baker's Apricot Filling for years here in Florida. Finally figured out Solo makes Baker's Apricot Filling and these two are the same product. I can make Apricot Mumbles again. Thank you for handling this product and will purchase more.

Bakers, try this super product. It's the best!
I don't know why Solo cake and pastry filling is so hard to find. It's fantastic stuff for baking. It's absolutely great for Kolacky cookies. I'm not sure of the name but maybe it's thumbprint cookies, where you fill your thumbprint . They also have delicious flavors besides your basic prune. There's apricot, strawberry, cherry, almond, raspberry. It maintains it's texture after baking and I can't find any fault in quality or flavor. Come on bakers give it a try! You don't know what you're missing.

Best Cookie filing?
Love this filing! Use it every year in my Christmas kolache cookies. Always have to order on line because you cant find it in stores.

The product would have been fine if it had arrived on time. I ordered this product so I could pack it in my suitcase and take it to Alaska where it is unavailable. The price was more than twice the cost in the grocery store. Fortunately, the grocery store had restocked and I was able to find the four cans I needed and packed them in my suitcase. Now I have six cans of filling that I paid more than twice the amount for that I no longer need. if I had known they were going to arrive so late, I would've never ordered them.

too much starch and corn syrup. not enough fruit. quality not up to par. previous cans seemed much more fruitier
