Just search for “recipes using almond paste”. It is a little pricey, but worth the unique flavor it can give to a multitude of sweets.

The taste is delightful, almond-y and sweet with a clean finish. It's versatile and handy to keep in the pantry. The paste is in the form of a small brick vines wrapped in foil inside a cardboard box. Once opened unused paste will need to be stored in an airtight container to prevent hardening.
