It's lightweight, the pizzas released into the oven easily and it looks great with the Pi stove. The only issue is, we wish we had another one to keep the pizzas flowing faster! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an easy setup and process to make amazing delicious pizzas. Quick setup allows you to crank them out. You got to have a peeler to get the pies in and keep turning them so that you have a perfectly cooked crispy and topshelf product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for the Pi oven. Cover the peel with Semolina flour or cornmeal when releasing pizza from peel. That's the only problem I've run into but it's NOT the peels fault. A wet/moist dough will stick to peel if not floured down. Lightly shake the peel with the pizza on it to make sure it doesn't stick when putting pizza in oven. You can dump a lot of ingredients in the oven without the crust if not careful. Perfect for pulling pizzas out of oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless peel is a nice quality and does the job, but it feels slightly too big to fit well into the oven opening and be helpful to turn the pizza. I wish there was a hole in the handle so it could be hung up.

The peel is thin, wide and good at getting under the pizza crust. Things that would make it a five star rating: Wood handle instead of plastic Hole in handle with leather strap for hanging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This peel works to turn the pizza and remove it from pizza oven. However, it does not work to put the pizza in the oven. The dough sticks to the metal no matter how much flour or corn meal I use. I had to buy a bamboo peel in order to solve this issue.

I began to read and research in depth about the differences between a steel peel vs. a wooden peel. I found that the steel sticks more to dough than the woody. After I purchased the wooden peel my beginners luck style of pizza making began to soar. I anticipate all my pies to be phenomenal until the day I die!
