Solo Stove Stainless Steel 14.5" Hub for Bonfire Fire Pit for Elevated Outdoor Cooking

I. Love are Solo stove so much I got one for my brother and his wife for there birthdays . It is not messy like traditional fire pits and last for years.

Buyer beware! The product code for this product page is not for a Yukon fire pit, it is for a Bonfire Hub and that is what this 3rd party scammer is shipping. Walmart could not force the 3rd party seller to correct their error and ship the product shown in the product title, description, specifications and reviews and only offered a refund that would take an additional 10 days to receive and actually asked ME to bring the wrong product back to the store to be able to get my refund. Unbelievable Walmart!

This is not what is advertised, it is not a fire pit, not a cover and it is not the base. It is simply an accessory that cannot be used without the rest of the above described items so we'll be returning.

This was the essential bundle and was supposed to come with a lid and stand. It did not and so far appears to be difficult to figure out customer service.

They shipped me the Solo Hub which is not what was described in the sale. When Walmart directed me to their third party seller they were not helpful, ignored my emails and refused to send me the item I ordered, which was the Solo stove itself. Very dissapointing.

I ordered the Solo Stove Yukon Essential Bundle as advertised, which included the Yukon fire pit, lid, and stand. Instead, I received a Solo Stove Bonfire Hub, an accessory for an entirely different model that was never mentioned anywhere in the listing. The marketplace seller acknowledged the listing was incorrect but refused to provide the advertised product or an equivalent replacement. I'm extremely disappointed with both the fulfillment and the resolution. Buyers should verify exactly what they're receiving before purchasing. After receiving multiple canned responses from the retailer, I am escalating to Walmarts Customer Service team. Hopefully we can come to a solution.

I ordered a Solo Stove Yukon Essential Bundle from walmart.com. after waiting for more than 1 week, I received a Solo Stove Hub instead. To my surprise, Walmart informed me that I could only receive a refund, instead of sending me the item that I actually ordered and paid for. Terrible customer service!!!

Totally FALSE ADVERTISING!! You know how you see something that is to good to be true but you order it anyways because you re-read the description over and over on what you think you are receiving! THIS 3rd PARTY COMPANY is the problem, not the actual solo stove itself, i have a solo stove and we wanted another one for our lake access. ordered this because of course it is exactly what we wanted for a way beyond great price, guess what they sent me A solo stove hub?? ummm, this is not what was described AT ALL!?!? i don't even know what the hub is???Walmart customer service was great when returning and even questioned how to do the return since what I had was NOT what was technically ordered through this 3rd party seller. What a shame. I would NOT recommend ordering from this 3rd party retailer, and walmart shoukd look into this more. Thankfully I double checked that I could return at an actual walmart store prior to ordering because sometimes you just get that feeling. Walmart and Solo Stove I have zero issues with. this seller, don't recommend at all regardless of everyone else's reviews due to completely false advertising on product shown vs product received. What a waste of everyones time!
