Solo Vegan Clear as Day Water Cream Face Moisturizer Sensitive Dry Oily Skin

Moisturizers tend to be pretty heavy on the skin and sometimes have strong odors, but Solovegan's water cream is the exact opposite. As soon as I spread the cream on my face, it's fully transparent which adds to the lightweight effect. I feel so nourished throughout the day! I like to also apply as soon as I get out of the shower to lock in moisture throughout the night.

As the formula says, the moisturizer is very lightweight and grease free. I have combination skin, so it was great on the more oily side of my face like my T zone. At the end of the day, my skin isn't packed with oil and still feels very light and not clogged. For the dryer parts of my skin I did have to apply a little bit more because it is very lightweight. But a great product for those who want a lightweight formula

Review of gifted product- When I received this cream I was experiencing irritation to the point that certain products felt as if they were burning. I've been wearing this cream day & night and it has completely calmed my face down which I believe is because of the Squalene + Grapeseed Oil. The consistency is more gel like but it glides and hydrates like a cream as to be expected with "water" textures. The ingredient mix of niacinamide + salicylic acid helps with breakouts but it isn't such a high percentage that it's irritating which I love. Small detail which is nice is that it comes with a spatula which is nice to prevent germs.

Review of a gifted product - this is so lovely! I have sensitive skin, so I am always wary of the products I use on my face, but this was lovely. It does have a slight scent which is more on the medicinal side, but nothing that you would notice after applying to your face. The texture is a combination of a milky gel like texture which is very soothing to the skin. I love that it comes with a little spatula to get some of the product into your hand. I will say that after using this with the glow & dew you serum, it did leave my skin a bit tacky until it completely absorbed into my skin. But I absolutely love the moisture I received from the product. Once applied and absorbed, it left my skin feeling light and airy. A little truly goes a long way!

*Review of Gifted Product* I personally have a combination skin type and I have been using the Clear As Day Water Cream for over a week now. This is perfect for all skin types, and I love the ease of putting it on. It is lightweight on my skin, and I have noticed it has helped hydrate my skin greatly! The transparency of ingredients is wonderful and I love how SoloVegan uses the same color for the lid of the product and the writing on the actual product, however the blue on this one is a little harder to read for me. Still such a cute touch to their packaging! Speaking of packaging, this comes with a mini spatula which is the perfect way to get out the amount you need without overdoing it. I feel like all of their products go a long way by using a small amount which is wonderful! I very rarely have acne or breakouts, but I did have a very small pimple area due to working out and sweating that I noticed was gone within about 36 hours of first using this - WOW! I will continue using this product because I love the gel and cream mixture and the results I have seen so far. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

This moisturizer is nice and lightweight, perfect for my blemish prone skin. Love the addition of willow bark for my pores which can get so congested! I never feel heavy or weighed down after using this! This also sits so nicely under my makeup! (gifted product)

Ok this is my FAV product to use under makeup. It's so lightweight, hydrating + super moisturizer. It's super important that products I use are noncomedogenic and fragrance free. This product doesn't irritate my skin at all and I'm so thankful for that. Also has helped rebuild my skin barrier with its hydration. (gifted product)

Review of gifted product- love the fact that it has Niacinamide, salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, grape seed oil. It's basically a skincare girls dream, it's very light weight and moisturizing and feels good on the skin, it does have a light scent so I try to use every other day to not irritate my skin. Love that it has a spatula so I'm not digging my fingers in the bottle. This product for the price and the ingredients is very well worth it!

*review of gifted product* Overall, I am really enjoying this moisturizer so far! It comes with a little spatula so that if you have longer nails, you don't have to get the moisturizer stuck under them (ya'll know how that goes). The moisturizer is rich, and leaves my face feeling moisturized and hydrated. There is a little linger of a plastic-like smell however, and while it's not strong enough for me to be bothered, I have a strong sense of smell and can pick up on it.,

I like to use a product for a bit before reviewing. Admittedly, I was not sold on this cream after the first use. The water-base provides more of a gel-like feel than I was ready for and I felt like it was a bit sticky after applied. That said, I was super pleased by the level of hydration and appearance of my skin after it absorbed. So much so that I am continuing to use on a daily basis!
