Pleasantly surprised with the solpowben 20000mAh solar power bank. I’ve had mine for about a year now and it has proved to be a very reliable/useful product. I’ve used it to charge my phone, pet toys and other rechargeable items easily and without having to recharge my power bank once (after initial full charge in beginning). When I received mine, I fully charged it right away and have not had to worry about since. I liked this product so much, I purchased more for gifts . Handy to have in case of power outages, earthquakes or other natural disasters. I highly recommend to have at least one these power banks on hand. You never know when you may need it. I also like the dual led flash light w/3 modes %26 the protective cover/flap that keeps the plug in’s free of dust/debris. Product is well made, appears to be able to handle drops, etc. along with the solar panel for an alternative way to recharge the power bank. Good for taking with on outdoor adventures. It has a carabiner which is really handy. I like to hang mine up in my room so it’s easy to access whenever needed. I will note, it took a little while to get used to where the flash light button is.

I was genuinely surprised by how reliable this solar power bank is. The 20000mAh capacity is more than enough to charge my phone multiple times, and the solar panel actually works well in direct sunlight. It feels durable and rugged enough for outdoor trips, camping, or emergency situations. For the price I paid, this is an absolute bargain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a portable, eco-friendly power solution.

ideal emergency device to recharge your cell phone if electricity should go out for extended period of time. ALL of South Carolina and ALL of North Carolina's electricity went totally out a year or so ago. Mine was out 8 days. My cell phone had a 25% charge and I had just plugged it in when the 8 day outage happened ... so no cell phone. This device you can charge up by simply laying it in the sunlight ( or you can ALSO plug it in to a wall outlet to charge). As it turns out I use it EVERY NIGHT instead of a flashlight to read an outside meter. It's more than a flashlight I'd call it a FLOODLIGHT - a very powerful floodlight. Right after I bought it I went to check the meter readings and 3 dogs started in barking and circling around me. I aimed the light directly in each one's eyes as it approached and all 3 went yelping away! I haven't had any more power failures but I'm buying two of these for everyone at holidays - one for their car and one for their house!!!

I love this power bank! It conveniently provides optional cord charging (though I did notice the connection was quite hot to the touch after about an hour of charging) and came with its own cord and mini carabiner. The solar charging did take a while, but this was likely due to cloud cover. I was also delightfully surprised by the emergency light functions that I had overlooked in the product description. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

working great when plugged in and charged as a backup battery charger, not so good with solar charge only had it in the sun for several days trying to get it to charge completely, it never got there so I brought it in and plugged it in and charged it fully and then used it to charge my smartphone it charged the phone to 58%

My biggest issue had to do with the power on /off switch. You cannot tell if it is on or off because a light comes on every time you press the button. Also, the button itself is difficult to depress. I also had difficulties with plugging into the jacks and getting the charged charger to charge my phone or iPod. I could not tell if I turned it on or off following charging the unit itself. It seemed as though the charging (output jacks) may have issues along with the power switch. When it did work, it was great! I may have just received a lemon!

The power bank I received was used and missing parts. I requested a return from Walmart but was required to bring it back to the store which I am unable to do. Now I am stuck with a used power bank without any charging cables. Beware - I see from other reviews this isn't unusual.

After putting this in our sunniest window for 4 days (forgot about it) it still wasn’t charged up. Had to use the charging cable. Even that took most of a day. Definitely was a bad choice and I wish I had tried it sooner so that I could have returned it. I have a sinking feeling that it won’t hold a charge long enough to be of much value in an emergency.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So this 20,000mAh is a scam. I knew right away it was a scam once i felt the weight of the power bank. I have an actual 20,000mAh power bank and it has some weight to it. My actual 20,000mAh power bank can charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max four times. But this power bank only fully charged my phone once and when I went to charge my phone the next day, it only charged it until 30% until the power bank died. So you wont even get 2 full charges out of it. The reason i bought this 20,000mAh power bank was because of the solar charging and it has bright lights. I know this power bank is not faulty because again, the weight. Also it charges way to fast for a 20,000mAh power bank. The power bank says 20,000 on it too, so I did not receive the wrong power size. I've had multiple power banks in the past, so i know what I'm talking about.

This product was basically a hollow piece of plastic. It did nothing. All the happened after overnight charging was the lights stopped blinking and remained solid. It was light as a feather which told me it was empty inside. I returned IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT BUY!!
