Had seen this in some magazine. Haven't had the best luck with sleep productss, so decided to give this a try. It worked. It helped me sleep and that's all that matters. Didn't wake up tired and would actually drink this for the taste alone. Thanks Walmart.

Som Sleep has been a game changer for me since Ive been using it. I have to work very early in the morning but at night my mind is just racing so it can be hard for me to relax. A friend mentioned that she tried Som and it helped her so much so I decided to give it a go. The first night, I grabbed it from the fridge and it was ice cold. I was very surprised at the taste. It was lightly flavored, berries. Honestly it wasnt a sleep drink I would drink it during the day. Settled into bed and dozed off. The next I knew, I was waking up 5 minutes before my alarm clock and felt extra peppy. I logged my sleep at exactly 8 hours and 10 minutes. Will continue using Som!

Best sleep drink around. Hadn't had a decent night's sleep in years till I discovered these. Found these cans and figured I would try them out. I drink once can and within an hour I am out. Would definitely considering giving these a try if you can't sleep. Taste great too.

I was skeptical of this sleep drink, but it really does work. I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep. It tastes really good. The best is i woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in a while. Highly recommend!!!

It does seem to help me get to sleep. The taste is okay, and I usually get the sugar free.

It's a good idea, but I really didn't like the taste. I had an easier time with chewable melatonin than I did choking down the Zero of this brand. I'm willing to try the other, but if it tastes anything like this one, well, I doubt it will go well. I would not recommend this item to someone who is like me and cannot handle the taste. If it had been flavored different, like a berry or melon, I would have probably liked it. I will keep an eye on the brand, though, to decide if it is worth it in the future if they come out with different flavors.
