Sombra Cool Therapy Natural Relieving Gel, 32-Ounce

At 73 years old I have occasional lower back pain as well as occasional night leg cramps. The Sombra is an easy sooth on the back pain. As for the leg cramps, most of the time the Sombra works right as I start to massage into the cramp area. And if not right away, eventually. I'm fortunate not to have chronic pain so when I do have aches and pains I have some relief I can count on.

This stuff works great in conjunction with Biofreeze, another product Walmart carries, in a pump, close to the same price... use the Biofree,ze first and the Sombra second and when you go out and work it heats up like a heat patch, having not the trouble of a patch The the Biofreeze contains ilex, a Paraguay herb which helps with absorption, of not only the Biofreeze, but also the Sombra ,which makes the Sombra even more effective... You need only to start with a size of a pea for both of them depending on the area you have to do. you don't need much, experiment you'll find out that these two are the best for the buck you spend !!😊
