I love this product, it's very potent and a little goes a long way. It lost a star rating for the packaging, it wasn't sealed in the inside and it leaked a fair amount, and even though not a lot of product was wasted, it's still a bit annoying

Been using since the 90's. Massage therapist turned me onto this product. Rub it onto the sore area and cover it up and it will start heating up and relieve the pain. I usually use before bed.

There are a million articles saying this is some magical cream that will heal all your problems it won't. This stuff burns so bad I started crying. I use lots of icy hot type products that contain similar ingredients and I've never had a reaction to them but this cream is bad. It burns so much and only causes more pain.

Best gel for my aches and pains. Even works on legs when I have restless legs. Sometimes when I feel tightness in my chest and I'm wondering if it can be a heart issue, I rub in Sombra on my chest and amazingly the tightness goes away. It's a good way for me to eliminate the question of potential serious heart problem.

Love these gel pain relievers! They are the best and we've been using it for 10 years now. They work fast and it doesnt cost much for one and you dont have to use alot, not unless you need to. We bought 12 of these to give away for the elders and working relatives from Asia. They love these and everytime we go back there, everyone asks for one along with the medicate eagle oil. This is what my physical therapist used along with Graston tool so I bought both. This cream gel is non greasy and very warming/cooling and non-greasy. It's perfect for use with the tool since it allows the tool to glide but does not leave you with greasy skin. The warming/cooling menthol effect lasts awhile and feels really good on sore, stiff muscles and joints. It does have a bit of strong menthol scent but I like that.
