It was exactly as described. It's sturdy and an attractive addition to my bedroom I use it for storing extra bedding. I wish the lid was hinged but otherwise it's perfect.

Very nice looking. Exactly what I wanted at a good price. The only thing that was wrong is that we had to figure out how to put the feet on. My husband relized that we need to keep the feet loose in order to get them all threaded in. Then you tighten them all.

What's NOT to like about this ottoman. It's a very comfortable place to prop up your feet and it adds a good amount of storage space. We live in our travel trailer so anything that serves multiple uses is a must for us. This ottoman fits the bill. For being very light it is also surprisingly sturdy. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

The color is beautiful actually what I was looking for, very good quality, fits perfectly in my bedroom very sturdy.

Easy to assemble once I realized the legs had protective sleeve over the screw...lol...user error. Other than that very easy and added great extra storage for sweaters!

As other have mentioned. Attaching the legs was a problem for me also. After about 20 minutes trying to get the legs in the four corners, I discovered something. There are plastic protective covers, covering the actual screw part of the legs! After pulling the covers off, I had the Ottoman fully assembled in lest then ten minutes! For the price it looks good, should last for a little while.

The Songmics storage bench is a very good size with lots of storage inside. It is heavier than I thought it would be. The top is lift off not a hinged top. The drawback is the legs. I couldn't get them to fit snuggly resulting in crooked legs. I tried gluing them but that didn't work for me either. I tried tying string to make them fit snuggly but they were still loose and wobbly. I considered just removing them but I needed the extra height of the legs. So, right now, it's pretty much just sitting on the legs. Which makes moving it not good.

Great product. Only problem is I was unable to attach the feet. I'm pretty good at this sort of thing but the wood on the bottom was terrible and would not allow me or anyone else to attach the little legs. I kept it but I could have purchased it for less at other sites that offered it without the legs.

Great purchase. Love size, color, sturdiness. Only complaint is I had to figure out how to install legs. Instructions (pictures) were not helpful! The legs/feet have little plastic covering that have to be removed so you can screw legs on. At first glance you can't tell they have screws.

One leg did not lock in and fell off. The sides are like Cardboard.. It would not hold someone's weight. I liked the color and the fabric, but would never buy again. And it stated held up to 600 lbs.
