Very hard to find product that was on my son's wish list for Christmas . package arrived quickly and it was even better In person . A very happy sonic fan !

Extremely expensive compared to the retail price of $9.99, I got SOMEHWAT lucky since I got mine for $33 instead of $41 . It arrived in a huge box with bubble packs instead of bubble wrap or paper so the box got beaten about during shipping. Really wish I could find one of these in stores, but unfortunately buying from scalpers is the only way to get this figure nowadays unless you're EXTREMELY lucky and find him in stores. Only worth it if you have coupons or a gift card to cover the expensive of the figure.

There's nothing wrong with the idea of this action figure. It's the condition it shows up in every time I order from you guys and this is fulfilled by you guys. Walmart might've been provided, but I doubt it was in this condition when it showed up I've had to take out two separate loans now I'm gonna have to do a third one just to get these things. There's no care. It seems in the packaging and shipping department when it comes to other people's property and it's very disheartening. I've made so many trips back-and-forth to Walmart to return these things and I appreciate the promotional credits that you've given me the last couple of times but how many times can we do this guys at this point when you have something that sent back and re-ordered a manager should step in and call the distribution center or whatever and make sure that this package comes in perfectly. I really hope when I if I re-order these that we don't have to do this the third time I have videos and pictures that I'd love to share with you guys if you'd like to see it but I just can't do this anymore with this kind of damage on things that I'm paying three times more than what they're worth they're only $10 toys. I'm paying over $30 apiece form and they're coming looking like they fell out of a truck or got kicked around. I have video of me opening it and tons more pictures of damage. This has to stop happening, please.
