I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids but not when I'm sleeping. This alarm clock has an adjustable volume control and at the loudest level, it's VERY loud. It also has a vibrating disk that can be put under your pillow. I can't feel it under my pillow when I'm sleeping but the vibration does wake me up. I would highly recommend this alarm clock to others with hearing impairments. The vibrating disk component makes it a great purchase for those who are deaf.

this alarm definitely wakes me up. i was a little nervous about the part that shakes the bed because i put it under my pillow, but its fine. It doesn't hurt. The alarm is plenty loud; i didnt turn it up all the way so it can get louder. this will definitely help me get up on ti.e for work.

I wear hearing aids and cannot wear them at night. I have bought several clocks that say their volume was loud, but it was not loud enough for me. My audiologist recommended sonic bomb for me to try. I love the adjustment on this alarm clock because it allows me to adjust the volume as well as the tone. It comes with a bed vibrator, which I have not tried because the alarm is all I needed.It has two alarms on it and a five level dimmer with snooze. Also lights that you can turn off if you don't want them to flash as the alarm goes off.Other features as well.I recommend this alarm clock to anyone who has a hard time hearing.

I never recommend unless asked. This is the 4th clock I've tried and the only one that I could hear without aides. When my hearing gets worse the pillow vibration attachment will hopefully do the trick. We are retired and seldom need an alarm, but when I do I prefer not to have my husband wake me. I work as a delivery driver, my day is a constant work out. I am lifting things up to 150lbs and running all day, up and down hills or flat pavement. My day is never constant and I can work 10 plus hours and then come home do housework, clean the yard and cook. So when I fall a sleep I am out, done and dead. It is hard to wake me up. My husband is same way. I am going to give a real opinion. I am a very heavy sleeper with three alarm clocks this one, a cheap walmart alarm clock and the screaming meanie. As far a screaming meanie the timer one is a lot quiter than the other if anyone wants that info. But still my favorite. Now the Sonic Bomb, I like the shake if it is under the bed. I have hard wood floors and it helped. If it is under my pillow I didn't feel a thing. I know some people swear it helps but again I have three alarms, use my phone an app called alarmy and my husbands devices. Sometimes I turn my alarms on computer up. Maybe its medical but my point is this one could be a lot louder in my opinion and the vibrate a little stronger. If you are like my daughters and hear the wind grazing your ear then yes this will wake you up and so will the vibration. I still gave it four stars because despite it not being the best for me, it does get loud enough that the girls get up and cut it off through our thick walls. Truthfully if you are alone and sleep like the dead as I do, this is a good option for back up to your back up. I liked it just fine but another issue the setting of time and alarms. I noticed if I set the time for 12 am and need be up at 5 am I had to go through the cycle 2x more than I should for it to take effect. Also, the whole two alarm setting is great but be sure to turn off any vibration and alarm sounds while setting the alarms. Maybe a glitch but if it isn't off when setting alarms then it wont go off.

I'am a very heavy sleeper. I have lost couple jobs. Don't hear my alarm. Came across this alarm. Price alittle skeptical. But will try it. Device(vibrator) first couple times it does startle you. Wont lie about that. If that don't the sound of the alarm (buzzer) is extremely loud. We are heavy sleepers. Everyone is up when this alarm goes off. Worth every dollar.

If you know a heavy sleeper or are one yourself, you absolutely HAVE TO buy this alarm clock! My husband would set 12 different alarms every morning for work, all varying of different sounds, volumes, aome with lights, etc. We have been together for a very long time and after 20 years of trying to buy him different alarm clocks and also waking up every morning in a full blown panic because it sounded like a parade going off IN my bedroom..I wyite literally googled "What is the loudest alarm clock on the market that you can buy" ..this one came up first and I decided to give it a try.. fully thinking "oh im sure my morning panic parades will continue ". well, they didnt. AND HE ACTUALLY WAKES UP TO IT ON HIS OWN! Now granted, It is veryy loud so I still wake up myself because since having kids I am a light sleeper anyway..But this difference is- its ONE SINGLE alarm noise, with a vibration on my side of the bed from the bed shaker he keeps under his pillow. When I tell you that a bomb couldve went off and this man wouldnt have wolen up before but noww he does with thiss Sonic bomb clock- I am not even exaggerating in the slightest bit! Matter-of-fact, we had 5 gnshots go off outside in front of our house, which essentially is directly outside our bedroom window -I woke up immediately and got everyone including our dogs to safety behind something (just in case)..he slept through most of it even with me yelling out his name to get up and get away from the windows! Another time the SWAT team came for the house across the street, and there were so many different loud sounds, Including them yelling through a megaphone and shooting those things through the houses windows, gn ahots, drones, robots on the ground entering the house after they busted the door down- it was something out of a movie I swear- He stillll slept through it! Until I felt safe enough to go by the window and shake him awake is the only way he woke up that night into morning! when I tell you to biy this thing for your heavy sleepers - Run, dont walk. Don't even hesitate for a second.Just buy it- trust me on this %26 thank me later! Be forewarned though: If anybody is sleeping in that same bed or even the same room as that alarm, they too will in fact wake up! Amazing Alarm clock with the flashing reds lights and the bed vibration shaker.. I don't see how anyyyyone could not wake up to this alarm, impossible! So yes, I very highly, highlyyyy recommend you buy it!! Best Christmas Gift I've ever got him!!

Really great alarm clock. Can be really loud. My one and only issue is it came with no manual. There are several other features the clock have that the instruction manual tells you so I had to start YouTubing. Probably want to make sure each box has a manual and all good from there. Thanks 😊

I purchased this to help me wake up in time. And once it is set correctly if does that with flying colors! But this must be the most difficult click I've ever used just to set the alarm. And for that reason I would discourage people from buying it. No AM/PM button, no easy setting to move time forward/backward, no easy way to set my wake-up time. It feels like just a wild guess. Far too many times the alarm either does not go off, or the setting is wrong!! RIDICULOUS!! When I am lucky enough to get it set properly it does a fantastic job. Otherwise it is more frustrating than helpful!!

Product built like a 70s novelty item -- cheap plastic junk. Alarm is not that super loud at all. Speaker distorts too so that hampers volume. Time setter is fwd only -- so if you mess up, you must go thru 24hrs to get back to place.
