I have hearing loss and was no longer able to hear the alarm clock I owned. The Sonic Bomb alarm clock offers an extra loud sound, similar to a smoke detector, as well as optional flashing lights. It even has a bed shaker option, if needed. So far, the alarm has woken me on time every day. This device, with its loud sound, offers me security that I will be able to keep my appointments each day.

I am a very heavy sleeper and this alarm clock definitely wakes me up. I love this clock because I no longer worry about over sleeping. I know that this clock will wake me up, so I can go to sleep and get a good nights sleep without worrying. I recommend this alarm clock to any heavy sleeper. If the loud alarm doesn't wake you , the vibration under your pillow surely will.

This is the first alarm clock that consistently works for me! I am a heavy sleeper, and the added little vibration pad does the trick! I place the vibrate disk in my pillowcase under the pillow, and it works great! Also, I have lost some hearing in one ear due to an accident, so I would sleep through my old alarm. This clock also has the option of setting a second alarm. I bought the blue alarm, and it looks a little better than a black alarm would in our room.

I really like this alarm. I am very hard of hearing, I'm almost deaf and I can hear and I can feel the vibration when the alarm goes off in the morning. It is also easy to set up.

My son has ADHD and has a very difficult time waking up in the morning. Traditional alarm clocks were not working. He places the vibrating disc in a drawer and it wakes him up with no problems. Highly recommend for a heavy sleeper or anybody with ADHD.

I gifted this to my younger sister as a birthday gift. She sleeps like the dead. I always had to wake her in the mornings like a tired mother. This is the only other thing that wakes her up every morning for work and school. Matches her room decor too. Now I get to sleep in and she gets to her destination on time. 10/10 product.

This is a great product, with better value than those costing about a hundred bucks more! I am severely deaf; nothing audible will wake me. I have had other alarm systems with a bed shaker, flashing lights, etc., but the Sonic Bomb has a much better and much stronger bed shaker, and the bed shaker speaker has a proper strain relief on the wire coming out if it which is extremely important because the others do not. The three other units that I had previously purchased all failed because the bed shaker wire broke or frayed at the point where it enters the shaker disc, and the competitors made the speaker in such a way that you cannot get it apart to repair the wire, it will shatter into pieces if you try. When you think about a speaker that is placed under a pillow or mattress, you can understand it will get twisted up over time and without some type of strain relief it will fail.

I gave my old clock to daughter bought cheaper one that looked same. It wasn't this is the real one. Send old one back spend the extra ten bucks it's well worth it. I'm deaf and without vibration in headboard and flashing lights it can beep all it wants. I'm retired but have to get up early when I have to drive 2 hours to see doctors. I'm happy I got it

Everything about the clock was excellent EXCEPT even after turning the display to the lowest setting, it was way too bright. Almost like having a flashlight pointing at your face from the night stand. When I got up in the middle of the night, it was almost like a light was left on iin the bedroom. Deal breaker for me. Returned it.

If you are a heavy sleeper, this clock is for you! However, it is really over-the-top loud. It does have a volume control but the whole point is to wake you up, right? Overall, it's just a bit too much for me.
