Sonic the Hedgehog (4K Ultra HD Blu-ray + )

As a film, it's alright. Honestly, I enjoyed it more during a rewatch AFTER having seen the following two entries in the franchise, probably since I was endeared to the world and characters. You can tell that this one is the most "safe" of the bunch, not nearly as fun as even the immediate sequel, but it's a promising start. As a 4K disc, very nice. All the details and sound really punch through.

I really like the movie. I have several Sonic games and wanted to add the movies to my collection.

I mean… it's the thing I ordered. It's going in a stocking.

I never really played the Sonic games but saw good reviews for this movie. I ended up really enjoying it. 4K version looks very good

it comes with a regular 1080p HD bluray and a 4k UHD bluray, wasn't expecting that, or for the Digital thing to not be a movies anywhere code

Great fun movie. Good for whole family!!

The movie is pretty great but does have too have (what I believe) are too many human characters and trying to make them relevant somehow in the storyline. They try too much to do humor throughout the movie. I get it's geared towards younger crowds but they should have toned it down. They did a pretty decent job adapting the story to make it all fall together but there are a few unaddressed story loop holes. It's a good movie overall though. The HDR is great though in all it's uncompressed bluray glory. Not like that compressed streaming quality you get with streaming services.
