I live the figure and the quality. It is well made and a new edition to my Sonic figures, she is the Next to last female figure I need. It's nice to see figures other than Sonic, Tails and Knuckles being made.

As an avid collector, condition of the packaging is just as important if not the most important thing. And when you pay more than twice what the item is actually worth, I think a pristine item should not just be expected, but guaranteed. Lots of shelf or shipping wear but not the worst I've seen. I understand that there's a lot involved with logistics but know it can be done with minimal wear. Love this line of toys and will be getting everything I can. Wal-Mart's customer service is amazing and blows amazons completely out of the water. I truly keep buying because I know they won't let me get stuck with a bad item and that's truly amazing.

For paying a premium price of $30.00 for the figure.It should have been boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap, instead it came in a cheap brown paper envelope no protection whatsoever and with the package heavily damaged and opened!It was a present for a child who has a collection started of these things and when he saw the condition of his newest friend he was devastated.Itold him I would send it back -but he wanted to put her on his shelf next to her friends Shadow and Knuckles anyways because they weren't gonna make fun of her broken box.I have bought him most of his collection one figure at a time because I am disabled and on SSI.So when I spend my money I try to save a little bit each month to make him happy with 1 special toy for his collection.You have really disappointed both of us with how this was handled.How can I trust you to send me the next figure he wants?-If have an account with you for about five years now and only once did you fail to deliver my groceries.Please don't ever fail my grandson again.l don't care about myself but to see him sad or hear him cry....Just make sure if we order from you again the item gets properly packaged for shipping ok?.Thank You.

They sent me the wrong size figure and the one they sent was 2 inches long. It was so small and poor quality.
