Sonic X Shadow Generations, Nintendo Switch Video Game

Sonic team and Sega are finally headed in the right direction as Sonic x Shadow Generations really lays the foundation for future games. I was really impressed with this package as it exceeded my expectations. It has essentially two games, the main one being Sonic Generations obviously, which is a remaster of a game from 2011 and then Shadow Generations which is an all new added campaign for Shadow that takes place simultaneously as Sonic's campaign. Overall Sonic Generations is a good game that they don't really add much or change except for a few things like dialogue or added chao missions which is expected. The game was great as it was, and the graphics hold up nicely, so there's no point in really changing much. Now Shadow Generations for me personally was the thing that really made me purchase this package and I'm glad I did. They took everything from their last game in Sonic Frontiers and improved upon it so much. The gameplay, level design, and control feels so much more refined. And the story finally feels like they're taking things seriously now as Shadow has not had good writing in over a decade. Its good to see he's getting justice. Overall this is a must buy for any Sonic fan. And for any casuals, that's not really played much of Sonic, this would be a great start

This game is an absolutely incredible experience. Going back into Shadow's past through remastered levels and bosses was so nostalgic, but still an overall great time. His new doom powers were an incredible addition to his character as well, each of them being important to get through certain sections, and overall just being very cool powers to use throughout the game. Overall, the perfect game for the Fearless Year of Shadow.

I have been loving playing this game, so far I've been playing Shadows story so far and I'm loving it. If you are a fan of either Sonic or Shadow this game is meant for you. If you are new to the games this game is also for you. I highly recommend playing this game.

It's almost identical to the original release with minimal changes. Mostly dialogue has been slightly altered and some details added in the cutscenes. I haven't played the Shadow Generations levels yet but I'm saving it for last. I ordered it off the Walmart app and got pickup. It was fairly quick and effortless. The game was in perfect condition when I got it, I haven't had any issues.

This game is amazing if you have not played sonic generations already definitely 100% buy this game. if you already played sign generations The shadow portion is still very much worth it. Maybe not $50 worth it. But the shadow portion might be one of the best sonic experiences yet

The game came a little late. Once I got it I had several hours of fun if you like the original sonic generations then you would like the remastered generations. The only thing I'm going to say about remastered sonic generations part is that when playing the remastered part switch or controls back to legacy because standard is very very annoying to play with for shadow generations part. It is amazing to see some of the past levels brought back to life, I would also recommend to put shadow generations control scheme to Legacy With that said I'd give this game five stars and 10 out of 10 would buy again.

I picked up Sonic Shadows Generations for my Nintendo Switch and I'm honestly really impressed. The game runs smoothly, the graphics look great on Switch, and it's a fun mix of classic and modern Sonic gameplay. Shadow's levels are a highlight and add a cool twist to the experience. Definitely worth it for longtime fans and anyone looking for a fast-paced, fun game.

sonic fans people who played SA2 or shadow the hedgehog would understand this game is doing alot for bringing shadow back into the spot light and i love the way he plays in this game. sega i really want a silver x generations game redoing sonic 06 and pushing the story forward again im a way that brings him to our main cast all the time

Its perfect for mainly older children. My kids love this as a movie, but of course its challenging for some under the age of 8. My spouse enjoys it though!

Like the play. It's one of the sonics that don't have problems and looks good on the switch which is the most ideal. The ps5 does improve graphics or play better so the SW1 is the best to me.
