Sonos Arc - Black - Soundbar with Dolby Atmos

As a Hi-Fi nerd the original Sonos Arc is no slouch. If you don’t need the more Arc Ultra to fill an XL room or don’t listen at high volumes the Sonos Arc is more than sufficient. Plus the software on board automatically performs system upgrades via the app. I finally made the switch to give up my outdated but cherished Hi-Fi component AV receiver surround sound system after my amplifier finally bit the dust. I have zero regrets with the switch. Setup was a breeze, the appt is flawless, the aesthetic is clean, the sound exceeded expectations, it seamlessly integrated with my Sony TV, iPhone, Apple Music, and best of all the zones are easily expandable with just AC power through its seamless WiFi connectivity via the Sonos App. Worth the investment.

Replaced my component stereo system with this soundbar and a couple of older Play:1s for surrounds. Replaced a huge cabinet with amp, 5.1 speakers, Bluray, 2 x gaming consoles and a Sonos connect. Makes for a clean install that sounds better, takes up a lot less room, and looks great.

I have been running a 7.1 Harmon Kardon surround system for about 15 years. We have added, throughout the house, 6 Sonos Ones and 3 Connects powering Bose Roommate powered speakers and a Sonos Move. We just added the Sonos Arc and added two unpaired Sonos Ones for the surround. Very pleased! It really sounds fantastic! Our plan is to add the Sonos Sub to the TV surround system. It was easy to add to our home Sonos system. It fits our audio needs to a T!

I have an 85" Samsung QLED TV & the sound just didn't match picture, I listened to a Samsung soundbar & discovered Samsung is better at making TV's than soundbars. After listening to other soundbars (I won't mention names), the first time I listened to Sonos, I knew that's the one for me. I would purchase it again if needed!

Easy to set up! I have been out of touch with the latest technology and was pleasantly surprised that this does not come with yet another remote, and just automatically connects to your tv when plugged into the appropriate hdmi port. It was easy to connect to my Apple tv remote as well. Sound is fantastic, love the customization you can set via the app. I bought the mount as well (if honestly should just come with it) and love how it just blends into our white walls.

We purchased a Samsung Frame TV in white for our open-concept family room and kitchen. We needed a sound system that was elegant and didn't overwhelm the space. The Arc was perfect, as the single speaker in white matched our decor. The sound and clarity are probably the best among the Sonos products I've purchased, and the functionality to toggle between all my Sonos speakers throughout the house and TV is easy to set up, control, and pair without a server. I also commend the CEO for addressing issues with the app and committing to resolve them, as the latest update has significantly improved the system's stability. I would suggest purchasing the Arc without a bass initially and testing it in your room, as the bass from the Arc is satisfactory for our family room and kitchen.

... in my home but both had elements I did not prefer for the experience. I returned them both and decided to try the Sonos Soundbar for my 75" Samsung Frame TV. Installation was a breeze and the quality, let's just say I'm finally experiencing the sound quality I was looking for!

As a devoted audiophile, I can't help but sing praises for the Sonos Arc soundbar. Its immersive soundstage, precise imaging, and robust bass truly elevate my listening experience to new heights. Compared to the Bose Ultra soundbar, the Sonos Arc stands out with its superior clarity and richness across all frequencies, whether I'm watching movies, streaming music, or gaming. While the Bose Ultra delivers solid performance, it falls short in capturing the depth and nuance that the Sonos Arc effortlessly achieves. If you're looking for a soundbar that delivers exceptional sound quality and versatility, the Sonos Arc is undoubtedly the way to go.

I returned my Samsung soundbar and woofer and purchased the Sonos Arc. To make a fair comparison, I still need to purchase the Sonos subwoofer. I was influenced by all my friends since they all had Sonos products. Until I get the subwoofer and figure out how to work out all of Sonos' features will I make my final evaluation.

I went from a Playbar with a gen 3 sub and ceiling speakers with an amp to the Arc replacing the Playbar. I've tried both ways, Trueplay and setting the highs and lows myself, and in both configurations the sound in my room is less than it was with the Playbar. A little buyer's remorse. The newer technology is the only reason I'm keeping the Arc.
