Sonos Arc - Black - Soundbar with Dolby Atmos

As a Hi-Fi nerd the original Sonos Arc is no slouch. If you don’t need the more Arc Ultra to fill an XL room or don’t listen at high volumes the Sonos Arc is more than sufficient. Plus the software on board automatically performs system upgrades via the app. I finally made the switch to give up my outdated but cherished Hi-Fi component AV receiver surround sound system after my amplifier finally bit the dust. I have zero regrets with the switch. Setup was a breeze, the appt is flawless, the aesthetic is clean, the sound exceeded expectations, it seamlessly integrated with my Sony TV, iPhone, Apple Music, and best of all the zones are easily expandable with just AC power through its seamless WiFi connectivity via the Sonos App. Worth the investment.

Love this unit, sound fabulous but you definitely need the sub to complete the system!

Sonos better not orphan my purchases again. I have 6 amps in the house, a sonos one, beam and five. Only one Amp is new enough to work with the new software. Since adding the arc the older units are orphaned and I haven't figured out how to get them operational again. The original software says to use the new software which says the old units aren't compatible and to use the original software. Caught in a do loop.

Bought the arc ,gen 3 sub and era 300's for surround Had an older 7.2 onkyo system with 7 speakers plus sub and I have to say this system sounds much better with the new technology Its pricey but worth it and I have many other sonos speakers around my house I love the new home theater it's crazy the surround sound you get from 3 speakers and a sub Very happy

I received an ARC as a Christmas gift, and was so impressed with the packaging (elegant, easy to open, and really solidly made!) and I was so happy with the easy set up and installation. Pretty much plug and play with my TV, and the sound balancing using my phone and the app was simple. And EVERYONE is impressed by the sound. I am so happy with this purchase and completely recommend this soundbar.

The Sonos arc sound bar was an excellent choice for our great room. The room is very large and the Sonos sound bar fills the entire room with Clear and excellent sounding music or theater reproductions. The other thing that we really love about it is how clear the dialogue is even in quiet scenes,

The new Sonos Arc soundbar is very good! I compared this to the top of the line soundbars from Bose, Samsung, LG & Sony and it was much better at both TV and music sound. I was really surprised at how much better this soundbar was than the Bose which had been the standard for a long time but this is much better even.

eARC connection is an improvement over optical connection that the Playbar required. Good surround sound and audio effects when paired with the Play 3's and subwoofer. Only negative so far is that sometimes it does not connect or turn on when I turn on the TV.
