I needed this for my post-lipo compression. I like how this garment snatches in all the right places and wears seamlessly under clothes. I feel it has helped a lot with the swelling and tightening of the skin. After a few weeks, the garment is now getting lose, so its time to purchase the smaller size. The price is up there but compared to others I've seen, its reasonable.

It fits on the larger size. I'm 3 months PP at 160lbs 5' and I tried the XL and large were too big for me. I settled for the medium fits just right.

i bought a medium according to size chart, i am a size 10. i am returning this item and repurchasing it in a size XL.

Love how it fits I just wish I wouldve read it was the second firmest hold but it definitely does the job.

quality is good, but it is too small. I have a S, from Brazil, and the M is smaller than the one I have. I felt I couldn't breath.
