Great Picture
Just purchased and the setup was super easy, just followed the on screen instructions. Excellent picture and decent audio. I got this to replace my Sony Bravia 46” LED TV from 2009. Very happy with it.

Nice tv
The remote during the set up process was not responsive in many instances. The tv also turned off 3 times during the process. Additionally I didn't see a barcode to register the tv. It had to be done manually. The chatbots are a waste of time. The tv has a nice picture and sound quality for the price.

Disapointed
TV seems OK. The remote is of very low quality. It has no back lighting and makes it impossible to operate it in semi-darkness, especially for seniors. We are considering returning it. Very disappointing. We have an ancient Sony LCD TV, and have been very happy with it. That is why we got a Sony smart TV.

defective product
Had 2 defect on screen and had to exchange it for another. 2 small red dots on the screen like lazer targets. very visible when the picture is dark. Annoying since they were close to the middle of the screen annoying.

Damaged upon receipt
Ordered on-line. Unit was delivered on Christmas Eve, Perfect. But when I set it up, it turns out screen was broken and had no TV for the Holiday itself: Very Disappointed and now I have to physically return it to store at one of the busiest times of year. Which is what I was trying to avoid from the "git-go'..!

Very Disappointed!
I purchased this Sony TV and it Does Not Work. I am so dissatisfied with this purchase from Sony. I Love the Sony brand but this one is a real Lemon. I am taking this TV back to Walmart tomorrow and hopefully, they're professional and this return is a smooth process. I will be purchasing another TV as soon as possible or would like to do an even exchange if Walmart is willing to work with me.

my items is damaged
Hello Walmart Customer Service, I just received my Sony Bravia TV, but unfortunately the screen arrived broken and damaged. I have attached photos showing the damage. I would like to request a replacement as soon as possible because the TV is unusable in its current condition. Please let me know the next steps to arrange the replacement and pickup/return of the damaged TV. Thank you for your help. I would appreciate a quick resolution.
