Sony 55" 4K HDR LED TV with Power Cord & Tabletop Stand

Good Product used it for several years. Would recommend.

I always liked the Sony Bravia tv. So when it came time for a new tv I went straight for it. This tv has a great picture, and comes with all the apps I needed already on it and ready to roll. The bad, the remove doesn't have numbers to punch in to go right to channel you want. I the guide is nice but if I page up or down it keeps going back to where it started regardless if I stop on a channel or keep going. Only way to get to the channel I want is to go through every channel. There wasn't a book with it for set up so not sure if there is a favorite channel list like my old Bravia had or not but that would help. Still searching for features my old Bravia had but they seem to be hidden. Overall a decent tv but definitely could have had some more things added that would not have priced it out of the market.

Is anyone paying attention at Quality Control?? There are pixels at bottom right side that appear as "light leaks" on black screens and invert on bright screens (as in they appear dull, underlit). This could easily have been caught during a very standard QC check and instead, becomes my problem. The exchange process is convoluted and takes far too much time, so chose instead to return it. This is my sixth Sony purchase in four years and now I have doubts about going back.

Worst tv I have ever owned, slower than crap. It freezes all the time, half the time it won't connect to the Sony soundbar until I turn the tv on and off a few times. Total garbage!

Bought this tv over the more expensive model for the wide viewing angle. Tv is ok. Software really the worst Sony product i have ever bought. Slow response from remote. Using a remote with channel buttons [does Not come with one], tv needs a debounce timer in the software. Enters multiple numbers. Surfing channels locks up tv. Have to restart. Sony needs to send update to correct. Would have returned but 55" hard to take down.
