Love the picture. My wife really loves it, I bought it for her. The price was unmatchable, the delivery was faster than advertised, setup was easy, especially since it replaced an older tv. My only concern, however, is with delivery. It was left at my front door, no doorbell or phone call, and, I was at home. The purchase said someone would have to sign for it, that's why I was home. I used the recommended settings from Consumer Reports web site, it's truly awesome.
This TV is by far the best tv I ever owned. Been a Sony customer for a long time and the A95L is just an amazing tv. Picture is unreal right out of the box. Sound is incredible really don't need a sound bar.
Replaced an old 55" Bravia with the 65" A95L. Upscaling is amazing. Watch some old OTA shows. They just look great. Color accuracy in the store is what hooked me. Contrast is great. Little or no reflection from room lights. The 4k Sony Pictures videos are amazing. The menus are very responsive. If you can't tell, I really am happy with my purchase !
The best TV on the planet. Nothing else to report. They just need to make 4 HDMI with 120hz or at least not combine the 120hz with the ARC (there is 4 HDMI but only 2 are 102hz). If you can swing this tv--BUY IT! This out performs G series LG and all the Samsung's. It is just pricey. But definitely worth it.
I love OLED technology, but I had purchased 3 LG OLED televisions before finally coming back to Sony (I had one previous 55 inch Sony about 17 years ago and loved it). This television absolutely and easily outperforms my LG's, each one of which had multiple malfunctions which required service or total replacement. Yes this television has a premium MSRP but the performance and build quality is absolutely worth it to me. Vivid color, excellent brightness and contrast ratio, processing etc this is the best television I have ever used or seen. Build quality of Sony products has been impeccable in my experience, which was the first reason I decided to come back to Sony televisions.
Well packaged for shipment. Double boxed. Delivered in 1 day. Great picture. One remote handles everything. So far I am pleased. Price was as good as any other merchant.
I am completely satisfied with the sound and picture quality which is mainly needed for an audience as part of his/her viewing experience. But a must needed few things to be added are arrow pointer so that customer quickly move around while entering any text while searching, it is difficult to scroll by clicking the button on the remote. Deafult in built browser should be added to the apps menu
Bought this tv one year ago. I loved the tv until the sound abruptly stopped working. Sony was good about repairing it but I had to remove the tv from the wall and then put it back up after it's repaired. The repairman doesn't remove from the wall or put it back up.
First couple hours the tv was stuck in demo mode and it resets the settings every 5 mins. Remote controler failed to update so the TV pops up an alert every 2 secs to update just so it can fail again. Most devices work fine on my old 2016 Sony, all have major issues working with the new tv. Best thing about it is that you can use Bluetooth and even that is buggy. 4k isn't amazing, its problematic and most stuff looks worse in 4k then 3D or even Blueray.
This is a fantastic TV. Beautiful picture. Amazing black levels. Great Android OS implementation. That is, it was great till it broke. Suddenly it won't turn on. The red light at the bottom flashes three times periodically. I've factory reset, unplugged everything except power, disconnected from the power strip, all multiple times. Everything on the Internet says it needs to be fixed by a technician. 6 months out of warranty and we have a giant, flat brick hanging on the wall. Shame on you Sony for how far you have fallen.
