it was a great product. it arrived with a spider crack from the bottom to the top so I'm not sure if it was the carrier. you could see where the box had been creased from. the bands put around it so unfortunately had to send it back and can't exchange it with the third party
I have been always royal to Sony. I bought this TV when it was time to replace our 18 year old Sony TV. This TV exceeds my expectation in all features and I would highly recommend it. The fact that built-in speakers sound like a home theatre makes the experience even better! I am highly satisfied with this purchase!
When it comes to affordable TVs, Sony wins hands down. Their long track record of reliability gives me confidence this TV will last for years. I wouldn't trust most budget brands—quality is often hit or miss, and usually a miss. Sony's entry-level TVs feel polished, well-built, and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.
The corporate office wrote ticket caramel Old Sony TV had just run out of warranty and it was really good TV and it went on me and making me a great deal on the TV the TV is awesome
Have had (& repaired) TVs since they took vacuum tubes. Man are those days gone! Never would've imagined wanting a "hey Google" TV but now after a little over a month...don't know how I ever got along w/o it.
You matched the best price out there which was Best Buy's “sale price”!! Top of the line product ( Sony) and the free one day delivery made this an awesome shopping experience!!!
Purchased this for a guest bedroom, the menu is glitchy and there's an odd delay when switching between features. Once the app launches, the services works just fine - it's mainly when you're in the GoogleTV/Bravia menu that the system starts experiencing weird delays.
My son made me buy this TV, and it went on sale next day. I wanted 65" , new model different brand with current features, but no. He unboxed it, set it up, so I got this one for the next 10 years. I'll never like this TV.
Doesn't even make it to your house intact, and, oddly, it was shipped 3 different times, with dates and license plates listed,in last 4 months BEFORE I even bought it. Most likely the third party and not Walmart,IMHO, plus the 24 model is hundreds cheaper and just as awesome and is packaged securely.
The first TV I ordered came through FedEx and the screen was broken on the bottom so I waited about a month and I ordered the same exact TV again and it was broke again on the side of the screen . I would never order a TV again through Walmart delivery it is just been a big hassle for no reason and no compensation for the waste of time
