I got this camera to film YouTube content, but it ended up being so quality that I use it now for personal photography as well and the photos come out way better than my iPhone. You would think normally the camera that produces this quality of photo and video would cost over $1000. This is a great value.

Nothing is wrong with the camera but the item description did not mention that it's an open box, probably a display model, which is deceptive.

good but as much as it cost no lens come with it

The camera has beautiful photos and videos until the rolling lines appeared in the video. And the brightness goes in and out depending on where I make my videos. Can't figure that out.

Right out of the box and it doesn't work. I charged the battery and went through the settings, but the screen just shows light, and a little color. For example, a white light when pointed at a wall, a purple light when pointed at a purple blanket. I went through the setting and reset it and nothing affects it. I reset it but that didn't do anything either and I checked the firm where but it didn't need updating. I also tried to hook it up to the computer, the file storage popped up but I couldn't get it to do anything else. I don't know what's wrong with it. I'm going to keep trying the settings, but I think I'll have to return it. I'm so frustrated and I don't know that I want to risk ordering another one. The little box the camera came it was put in a much bigger box with essentially no padding. I don't know if that contributed to the problem or not. The boxes weren't damaged, but I don't think it was a good idea to have it free roaming around in there.
