This is my third flat screen TV form Sony. I am happy with my purchase and the quality of the product is reasonable. My last HK HD TV was LCD and I was happy with as well, but the HDMI port went bad and I no longer sound when receiving signals from that port. That's why I made this new purchase for considerable less amount of money, so I couldn't pass up the offer or opportunity.

From the early 1980's, I've always purchased Samsung televisions. Oh well, not anymore. I just bought two Sony TVs within 6 to 12 months of each other and I am absolutely satisfied with the picture quality.

I bought this TV a month ago and had it delivered and set up today. It is my first smart TV and I'm absolutely thrilled with everything about it. It's easy to use, the picture is crisp and clear and the sound is good quality too. It fits my apartment perfectly. With so many choices out there I picked this one. I would recommend this particular TV.

I bought this TV to replace a Samsung. The picture quality and sound quality ( without sound bar) are great compared to the Samsung.

I purchased this TV because my son told me how customer friendly it was (set up and remote). It took me 3 hours, 3 chats with Google and finally gave up trying to use the "easy" set up with the QR code. When I entered EVERYTHING manually (which was pretty painful) we finally got to watch TV .

Some lag when opening apps...other than that no complaints! I am a Sonyphile

Over the air TV guide is very disappointing. Advice to get it to work is remporary since it fails again. Others have had issue per internet search. SONY / APPLE TV needs a permanent software update or something for issue. TCL Roku guide is far superior.

Was looking at other brands, but the tv I wanted originally, wasn't available the Sony was always an option, eventhough it cost a little more. Picture is crisp with a lot of customization options. Remote control is almost perfect & buttons are where they should be. Would give 5 ⭐️ but sound is weak, real 1990ish and not full

I bought this a month ago and am very happy with the picture quality and the google tv channels. I don't like the remote that doesn't have numbers on it to select channels, but can live with it. Over all I really like the TV. The lower brightness is what I lilke
