My Christmas gift to myself; it works perfect; a lot of nice features compared to my 8 yo Samsung set. Sent well packaged; easy to do all the things it offers. But I did not like having to agree after I purchased it that I had to agree to accept Google stuff on there or THE SET WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL EXCEPT ON REGULAR TV CHANNELS. If I had known that I would have looked for another brand that did not black mail a person like that. JTW Anderson, sc
Beautiful soft picture. Great price for the TV and includes a lot of extras. Can pair me our Bluetooth speaker and use my IPhone to view videos on this Tv. Very happy with it.
Love them. Bought two for two bedrooms to replace small TVs. Like having a theater in your bedroom. Sony has always made and still makes great quality TVs.
We looked at many TVs in-person, and the Sony line up always stood out as having superior picture quality when viewed among other brands. This TV was a great mix of value, picture quality, and tech. We liked it so much, we bought 2!
I'm so glad Sony has returned. High quality product with very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend the Sony Bravia 65” you can't go wrong. Excellent picture quality vivid colors, crisp sharp picture. I will b buying another. Thank you.
We bought this tv during a presale - not the best idea as you don't really know what you're going to get, and I won't be doing that again. The TV, picture, sound, build, etc. is great. I have no complaints, though early in its life, I have no reason to doubt its construction. The OS through Google is horrible. It crashes often. It reboots randomly. It is confusingly organized. It's not a good experience. I've used two other competitors and both are better than this. I will mostly likely add one of the competitors to an open HDMI port and boot directly there instead. I suppose in the end I am disappointed with my purchase, and cannot recommend - but I hoping with updates coming in randomly, one of them has to be better than the current state.
Sound cuts out every 20-30 minutes and lasts for about 5 minutes. It's terrible. I expected more from Sony! How can I watch it without the captions?
I bought the TV and soundbar several months ago...From the time after delivery the sound on both TV and spoundbar have been intermittently had the sound goes off then comes back on...
I've always bought Samsung So this time I decided to go with..Sony...NOT A GOOD IDEA The sound quality is horrible..picture terrible...had to return to store after 4 days... JUST AWFUL
I'm used to Roku - simple, straight forward, easy to use. This TV has been a challenge. Set up was a pain. All the ads made me immediately hate it. In the beginning I kept needing to restart the TV to get the apps to open. I think all the ads were causing it to glitch. I finally figured out how to change it so I only see my apps. Works better now but still not as good as my TCL Roku was.
