My son wanted some basic earbuds that had a jack. I picked these over another brand because I trust Sony to have great sound and the microphone is an added bonus. My son was very pleased with these and so far quality is on point!
They served their purpose. They're at a great price and they fit pretty well or at least for a while then you gotta readjust them again, but I found that with any EarPods that I try.
I've used Sony earphones for many years, and these are the BEST earphones to get!! They last long, good sound quality, LOUD, BASS BOOSTED, etc! They're just perfect earphones to block out sound or to just jam to music! PS: If your sony earphones sound "cheap" or "muffled' thats a defect. Get a new pair!!!
Amazing headphones for the price. Sony has always been a trusted company for movies, electronics, etc. s So far no issues work good extra tips too. They feel great in the ears, the noise level definitely doesnt disappoint. I dont think I have had sony headphones that break easily.
for less than $10 in a time where everything is getting expensive these are fantastic. Tiny buds, great fit and simple design. perfect cable length and can handle more bass and volume than you would expect, but it does take a pretty powerful outputband tuned eq to hear the full potential. they sound crazy good for the price and they look nice. if you are familiar with wired akg ear buds from Samsung's, these sound very similar, but produce better bass. highly reccomended and I might even buy a white pair just to have around.
OEM Sony product. Working fine, sounds good when plugged into computer. Audio ouput (microphone element) sounds good when tested with a phone recorder. Primary negative comment is that the (twin lead) cables seem fairly lightweight. But, these are economy earphones -- so all things considered -- they work well for me and are perfect for traveling.
Even though I only gave it four stars it still a pretty decent ball for whatever you need as far as some physical therapy and some exercise exercises. It does not stay inflated very well every few days I have to inflate it, but it was pretty inexpensive
I purchased these and they worked for two months before one of the earbuds came apart. I received a replacement, and the same thing happened. The sound was great, but the material used to make them is poor quality. I would not recommend. I made the mistake of getting them twice.
I am 79 years old and not tech savvy at all but neat and careful of my belongings. Not an audiophile, sound expert or a fussy person either. I need ear buds so I can listen to my iPad without disturbing others at night. My last set was a simple, basic , 10 dollar no name pair that lasted almost 3 years of nightly use with a strong clear sound, no distortion and no mic. They were surprisingly really good and I would not have complained if I had 1 year of use I would have continued buying that brand if I had found them again. I could not find them but saw the Sony earbuds for only a few dollars more. My lucky day! I have owned several Sony products over the last 40 or so years and found them reliable and priced within my budget so I chose these earplugs with the expectation that they would compare or perhaps even out- shine my cheap 10 dollar pair. They did not. Sound was fuzzy and the set stopped completely working after less than thirty hours of use. What happened? With all the SONY expertise, research, technology and etc. why would you bother to market something if it won't stand-up to at least 1 year of use.
Sound was tinny and bad to start with and they stopped working almost immediately. Won't connect properly and as a result sound varies wildly in volume and what tones will play with the slightest bit of movement of the plug in a headphone jack, so they're basically useless while walking around which is the only time I wanted to wear them.
