Sony - Move motion controller - wireless (pack of 2) - for Sony PlayStation 4

I didn't receive the box of 2. I received two individual boxes. There are no instructions. I'm not sure how to use these. My family is upset because I have to figure out how to use these controllers, and I don't know where to start. I was hoping we could use them today.

I'm almoat certain I was sold a defective product, either on Sony's side or Walmart's side. I've tried every possible way to connect these to my PS5 to no avail. No amount of swapping the necessary USB cables would get them to connect, or even CHARGE, for that matter. I sat them in my PSVR Move Controller Charger dock, and in the beginning, they both seemed to charge. Then, a few hours later, I tried to connect them, couldnt make it happen, so i put them back on the dock. Now, only one will charge... So after another hour or so of trying to connect them, still no progress, I put them BACK on the dock, now NEITHER will charge... They dont show up in my PS5 bluetooth setting, they don't start to charge when connected to my PS5 or wall chargers, they only blink red for a couple seconds, resetting them (eith the tiny hole in the back) did nothing, using the USB cable in the front OR back ports don't work, no youtube guide, or reddit guide, or instruction manual seems to work. So at this point I'm at a loss.
