He absolutely loves it!! been with the ps4 for a long time now and to the ps5 from the (had to be patient for down loading from the ps4 ) other wise from the grafics to the details in the games. I thought for a long time about going through a 3rd Party but this was a good deal that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I went for it. Everything came just as described and works fine.

Great gift. However all items in description of what was ordered did not arrive. Vertical stand and carrying bag were not in the box received. Upon contacting Walmart issue was forwarded to vendor for response within 48 hours! Vendor did not respond to issue. Walmart chat agent Zain tried to resolve issue but was unable to do. Offered promo for issue and apologized for Entrotek not sending what was ordered.

Headset came broken, and since I guess this was a third-party purchase, couldn't have the convenience of returning it at Walmart. I never knew there was a third person, so it was really frustrating. Plus, they wanted basically everything back, even though everything else worked.
