While i ended up returning this as I found one for less money, I will still say if you're looking at getting one do it. Best gaming system I've ever used! From graphics, to design, hands down top quality! I'd recommend getting the disk version which is what I swapped to after the return. Either way also expand the storage as 4 games almost fills up the internal drive.

bought it yesterday got it today. express shpping for free! And in excellent condition, arrived in walmart box too!! I love it! I've been buying stuffs at walmart.com for more than 10 years now ,never failed my expectation. When something is wrong with the item, customer supports are always helpful to the best of their ability. I'm excited with my ps5 😁😁😁

I purchased this during Walmart sale in early June. It wasn't slated to ship for another month but that was fine because I was lucky enough to get one. It actually ended up shipping within a few weeks and arrived in 2 days from shipment. The device works perfectly and I've played it everyday since it arrived. Great sale, great product, really can't complain

My PS5 shipped the next day of purchase which was quicker than I expected. Be careful and stay on top of whoever is delivering your item because they tried to not deliver my system. But overall Pro Electronics did their job, actually earlier than anticipated, and got the system out for delivery quickly. Anyone ordering one, bit over priced but worth it, from them go for it!!!

The package came right on time with no damages to the packaging. The PlayStation box corners had a lil damage but the console was in perfect condition. The code for Horizon was in the box! Happy with our purchase and glad they didn't overcharge too much

I sold my PS4 Pro back in 2020 and have been waiting for a PS5 to be available ever since and finally got tired of waiting. All my old digital purchases were available to download after logging into my PS account, and I can save them to an external HD that I purchased separately. With PS Plus I got access to almost 100 different games (I don't know the exact number), some of them are AAA titles that I didn't get around to over the last few years. Also included in PS Plus are newer PS5 titles like Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Demons' Souls. PS Plus is the feature that really makes Playstation worth the hype. Please note that PS5 digital titles can only be saved to the internal HD while PS4 digital titles can be saved to an external HD. The controller is great--utilized better by some games than others--and features a built-in speaker AND microphone so no more plugging in a single-ear microphone headset.

Great console, latest and greatest performance and Horizon Forbidden West is one of the most beautiful games. Sony Studios makes great games for their consoles.

PS5 is awesome! The difference in graphics even compared to the new Xbox is astounding. Having said that, there isn't even enough storage to play COD. You will need to upgrade the internal storage which is another $250-500. I also HATE that the microphone is on all the time! You have to turn it off whenever you log in. Or forget and broadcast your whole life... Came quickly, undamaged.

Overall shopping experience was excellent. However, the explanation on the website was that it was a third party seller and all return and issue would be resolved by Walmart. Had to do a return and was told that refund would not be processed until product was return to third party and they verify. Not the way it was worded when I boughtt it because that was my original trepidation when I was considering buying is that if I had an issue then who would I have to deal with.
