Sony PlayStation 5 Disc Edition Horizon Forbidden West™ Bundle with Extra DualSense Controller

Ordered got it in less time than shipping said. It came with everything as advertised. setup takes about 20mins but had to download the Horizons Forbidden West, that is taking over an hour. glad it was in-stock when I ordered it.

So I received my PS5 with everything as described; Playstation 5, extra controller and Horizon Forbidden West game code. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, especially because it came two days earlier than expected.

Came with everything in the bundle that was written down, console was in perfect t condition and was the disc version, came fast and was handled with great care, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

Everything came as described in perfect working order. Even came a day early. Couldnt track via fed ex so i was worried, but it was perfect. Highly recommend.

I was worried it was fake because it only had one review. It is not. Good price all new unopened boxes. Been using it about 3 weeks now. I beat two games and watch all the streaming apps.

Very disappointed because I ordered the bundle with two controllers. It did not come with the second controller!!! And part of my box was damaged but not major. It son the bottom right corner of the box. I haven't seen if the ps5 is damaged yet because it's a gift and I am waiting to give it to the birthday person. I reached out to customer service and the 3rd party asked if I could take a pic of the ps5 and the box it was shipped with but I already threw it away so I hope that does not affect me getting my second controller I paid for ! I will update once I receive my second controller .

The game did not arrive. I followed up at least 4 times with Walmart customer service as well as the distributor but the distributor line never picks up the call and Walmart kept circling back between various departments. It's been a weeks plus since delivery but I couldn't find ways on how to get the game bundled with the package. Also, the PS5 box doesn't look the same as what's being shown, it's the bare PS5 box.

I paid all that extra money and I didn't even get a redeem code for Horizon video game that's so very upsetting even after waiting to get it in the mail i don't know what to do

The order went as planned, on time but the Horizon game was not included. I have tried to contact them with no success. I am very disappointed considering the price it was.

It takes them 3 weeks to refund your money back. I found at Target for a better price . I would even give them a Star !!!
