The PS5, at the on set, seemed as if it was going to be functional. I began the set up, but the PS5 simple began not to recognized the controller, locking up. After waiting over an hour, it remained locked (frozen). I the had to force power off (unplug) the console. When powered back up, it went back to where I left off in the setup, still not recognizing the controller, nor the additional controller I purchased. However, I was able to confirm that both controllers worked, for an associate has a console, for which I tested the controllers. Now, I had purchased another one as a Christmas give and that system, for the recipient, worked without a hitch. I just had to get the lemon in the bunch. Nonetheless, the return policy is great, so I was able to request a full refund, with multiple no cost return options... Still wainting on my refund charge back.
