Package arrived on time and as expected containing all of the items I ordered. Clearly New, in the box condition. Set up was simple, and it's working great!

PlayStation is great, handled very well and came in great condition. I wanted the extra controller for my sister as she comes over and plays the Xbox with me. Both controllers work well! Almost bought an Xbox but holy moly Sony outdid Microsoft with this one.

The product itself is what I wanted . However, I was shipped a refurbished PS5 rather than a new PS5, which is what I thought this was. There was no mention that it wasn't going to be a brand new item. It was clearly repackaged. Will I keep it? Yes. Am I disappointed because I would have try to spend less if I had known I was actually looking at a refurbished PS5 not a brand new one.

The product did not arrive in the original packaging

This product was misleading. The PS5 which arrived was not in the factory-sealed box, and was visibly a refurbished console, despite being marketed as new. The items shipped did not match the advertisement. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I reached out to Pro-Distributing to ask if this product would be new to which their customer service representative told me “Yes the console and all items are new in the retail packaging. Due to the structure of the Wal Mart marketplace, all products are new, unless specifically listed as refurbished. All items will be new, again, unless the listing title specifically states otherwise.” Yet, the package I received was NOT a new PS5 in the unopened factory-sealed packaging, but in fact was a refurbished model in a plain cardboard box. TOTAL GARBAGE for the amount of money I spent. I will be RETURNING IMMEDIATELY and will no longer be conducting business through this online marketplace.
