I got this player for Christmas and I absolutely love it. It was easy to put together and set up. I listened to two different vinyls and they were clear and crisp and sounded amazing. I'm extremely happy with my Player.
Very easy set up. About 15 minutes out of the box to ready to play. This turntable sounds awesome through my Kenwood amplifier, so I can't comment on its own preamp capabilities. It looks great and does the job!
Analog sound feels much better than any digital source.
Sounds amazing it works great definitely a good turntable
I was kinda going nuts waiting for this brand new design Sony PS-LX310BT turntable to be released! (It's very quiet!) The automatic play mechanism works very smoothly. No loud clunk noises or clicking noises as the tone-arm lifts and moves towards the beginning of the album edge. The tone-arm doesn't just drop down onto the album like some fully automatic turntables, it is dampened so it has a slow controlled placement onto the lead-in grove. I'm very happy with this new fully automatic Sony turntable! I just have one or two questions! Can I use the rubber platter mat off of an old Sony PS-LX250H turntable? Or is it to heavy for the motor and belt system of this new model turntable? I really don't care too much for the thin foam platter mat that comes with the new PS-LX310BT turntable.
Love this turntable. Excellent sound at a stupid low price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the digital revolution, it is increasingly difficult to remember the analog world. Like many, I love listening to music and subscribe to online streaming for my music catalog. One of my favorite artists just released a lot of their music on vinyl, and I couldn't resist purchasing it. Next was to purchase a turn table in which I could listen to it with. The Sony PS-LX310BT was a great option! It offers Bluetooth flexibility as well as traditional analog wired connections. The Bluetooth worked well enough, however I missed some type of screen in which I could see what I was syncing with. In a world where there are a lot of Bluetooth broadcasts, this would be a nice feature to have. The analog connections worked flawlessly. You have the option to select line or phono inputs. My receiver had a phono input, however a friend didn't. This offered flexibility when connecting this turntable in either environment. The RCA cables are fixed to the turntable, which means they cannot be removed. When listening in a Bluetooth environment, it would be nice to have the option of removing them. I found myself listening to music the way I expect my parents and grandparents did. Sitting down, and focusing on the music, rather than filling in the background. I honestly forgot I was listening to vinyl, because it sounded THAT good, until the record reached the end and the needle reset. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to enjoy the rich sound that only vinyl can produce.
My son gifted me this turntable for Christmas and set it up so I could dust off and play my old 70s vinyl albums through my speaker system. Works great. Didn't even know these existed.
my normal everyday set up is a Mcintosh C28 pre and 2125 Power with an EAT C Major turntable using a Blue cartridge. My amps went in the shop for a few months and I needed a cheap turntable to hold me over with a built in pre-amp. I ran this turntable through a Harmon Kardon and I passed time. For a cheap turn table I was impressed with the tracking and anti skating.
my Sony PS-LX310BT Belt-Drive USB Turntable with CR3-X Wired Monitors (Blue) Bundle did not come with the bundle. It was only a turntable.
