Sony SSCS5
Larger than I expected for bookshelf speakers. Delivers a nice full sound with bass that thumps. I listen to a lot of classic rock and these deliver the sounds I remember from the days of rock classics. 100W per channel sounds good through the entire volume range.

Sony SSCS5 is superb, smooth, balanced.
I bought my third pair of Sony SSCS5 Core Series speakers from Focus Camera. They are very smooth and well balanced; neither too forward nor too laid back. Rest assured, they can deliver exciting, dynamic music and home theater sound punch, as well as very subtle and delicate audio, even at low volume levels. Realism is the best word I can think of. Classical music, especially piano sounds utterly fantastic with these speakers. Pricing is insanely good for the outstanding sound quality these speakers deliver.

Unfortunately I didn't get my package it was lost in transit, i had to request a refund :( i was so upset, it was my son's Christmas gift.
