Sony Uncharted 2: Game of the Year (PS3)

This game was awesome to play, very realistic graphics, lots of action, several chapters of game play. I liked it so much I had to buy the first installment of the unchartered games and looking forward to the third that will be coming out soon.

This is a great sequel to the first Uncharted. The day I got it, I played it for 8 hours straight! And I'm a girl!

Great game, awesome cut scenes, Graphics are awesome and this is a must have for any PS3 owner.

Love this game! A friend of mine had introduced me to the first one and he told me that the second was even better. I didnt expect it to be that good! I can't wait to see what part 3 has to offer. For anyone who likes adventure games the uncharted era is one you gotta try.

I have been playing video games since Pong and I would have to say this is one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. It excels in every important category for video gaming, graphics(unmatched on consoles), Gameplay(as polished as any game), animation(AAA stuff), story/voice acting (second to none). In short, this game is THE reason to buy a PS3.

I've always been a little behind-the-times when it comes to video games, playing the PS2 up until this past year, when I got a PS3 for Christmas. This game is supposed to be the best PS3 game there is, and so I purchased it. I am very happy with my decision. This game combines realistic yet breathtaking adventuring/platforming with intuitive, challenging and enjoyable first-person-shooting. Set in a variety of exotic locales, this game kept me entertained and thrilled from start to finish. The voice acting during cut sequences and in-game dialogue was very well-done, realistic, and sometimes hilarious. And on top of the intelligent enemies and interactive environments, this game has incredible graphics! Even when played on a non-HD TV, it is evident that this game's lighting, textures, graphical detail, and even expressions on the characters' faces are state-of-the-art! There is also an automatic hint feature, which offers a hint if you linger in an area too long, to prevent you from getting stuck (which will eventually happen to most people in this type of game--I certainly used it!). I beat the game in less than 12 hours and it doesn't seem like there's much to do besides try to find a few more secrets by replaying chapters now, though, which is why I gave it a 4 on value (on a lot of lasting entertainment, I suppose). Don't let that stop you, though. It's simply a can't-miss game, even if you're just a casual gamer like me. It certainly deserves its title of "game of the year"!

I just got the new Uncharted 2 Among Thieves GOTY edition. First off let me tell you about the single player, well I don't want to tell you any of story because it's really really good. But I will tell you about the gameplay, okay first off the gameplays is terriffic you can take cover, climb buildings, do stealth kills and just plain gunfire. There are many weapons to choose from there are, the Micro 9mm, Ak-47, Fal, Moss 12, Sas 12, Wess 44, 45. Defender, Dragon sniper rifle, Grenades, Pistol, Riot Shield, RPG-7, 94S Handgun, GUA-19, M90 Rifle and thier are alot more but I want to go over the overall gameplay, well thier are many beautifull locations the game takes you from urban areas to snowy mountain ranges to a jungle to a village and on a train. Okay we've went through the gameplay and thats a 9.2 out of 10 for me. Now i'm going to talk about treasures. Okay through out the Single Player game there are treasures hidden through out the landscapes and if you find them you get trophies, but it is very challenging to get all 100 of them but it's very fun to try to find the treasures too, you get trophies if you find 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and all 100 treasures, some of the treasures are easy to find and aren't very challenging and some are hard to find and are challenging, but when you find those really hard to find treasures you feel really happy! Also remember the guns I talked to you about, if you get a required amount of kills with each gun you get a trophie, for example, 70 Kills Sas 12, trophie unlocked, or 30 Kills Wess 44, trophie unlocked, okay you get the point. Now when you find a treasure or get a require amount of kills with a gun you get in game cash that when you beat the game you can spend it on single player skins, tweaks, weapons and some other stuff, you can buy a weapon and then start a chapter and select store go to weapons click enable on the one you bought and it will give that weapon. Okay I have not player the Multi player yet so I can't tell you anything about that. Overall I would say Uncharted 2 Among Thieves is a great game with a awesome single player and very addicting overall if you like action and adventure games have a ps3 you should pick it up!!!!!! Pros 1 Best graphics ever, Number 2. Awesome story, Number 3. many weapons to choose from, Number 4. Great gameplay, Number 5 Cool steath kills, there are man other pros too. Cons Number 1. not a long enough Campaign. I can't think of any other one. So overall Uncharted 2 Among Thieves is a great ps3 game and I highly reccomend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
