I wanted to buy some over the ear headphones, mainly for study time for school, I had multiple options I wanted to buy, but I've always had Sony products , decided to stick with what I've been having for years! Great battery life, ASTOUNDING SOUND, crispness and clarity! Worth it every penny
Excellent quality, great sound. Easy to connect through Bluetooth.
[Employee of walmartcanada] The headphones have met our requirements.
I bought these a week ago. Love how light and comfortable they are on my head. Sound is really good. No problem pairing with my PC.
I needed to replace my BT headphones by another manufacture. The price point was reasonable. But, the sharpness of treble was dull, surprisingly.
I purchased this wireless Bluetooth headphone, and I'm extremely disappointed with this performance. The sound quality is subpar, with distorted audio and almost no bass. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection is very unstable—frequent dropouts even when my phone is within a few feet of the headphones. The battery life is much shorter than advertised, lasting only about 3-4 hours on a full charge instead of the 35 hours promised. To make matters worse, the headphone is uncomfortable to wear for more than 30 minutes, causing discomfort around my ears. I've tried troubleshooting, but nothing improves the issues. Given these problems, I'm requesting a replacement or refund. Please advise on how I can proceed with getting a working unit
I purchased these a couple days ago because London Drugs had them on sale for 50% off. I put them on according to the instructions and after 5 minutes, they hurt the top of my head. I tried to take them back, but London Drugs does not accept returns on headphones. I guess I have a brand new pair that I can't use.
The one positive is the sound quality everything else is subpar… 1. They're uncomfortable and will rub against the top of your head and pull on your hair. 2. I got these three months ago and the battery does not last as long as they claim it does 3. The swivel on one of the headphones broke and now one of the ears is just hanging… this is from 3 months of regular use (i never dropped)
Bought these for school, but the plastic hinge chipped after very light use — clearly poor material quality. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed confused about their own warranty, initially claiming it only covered software. After hours on the phone, they finally acknowledged it covers physical defects and opened a case — only to close it later with no explanation. Extremely disappointed. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
They sound great, but they disconnect from Bluetooth every 2 to 5 minutes unless you have your phone in front of you; then it's about every 20. Going into the app and changing the connection to prioritize connection stability does nothing.
