Got this to CUT THE CABLE and so glad I did. All great functions only wish remote was backlit.....other than that, ALL GOOD !!!

Best color and picture, way better then LG and Samsung I will never go back to those brands

Purchased this tv a month ago and so glad that I did.... Love the Google features and smart capability.... Over the years I have only bought Sony TV's... Excellent picture, sound, just a great product...

When I purchased this TV, I was looking for a replacement because the one I had only lasted 3 years but it wasn't a Sony. I have one Sony that I purchased in 2009 but it's not a 4K, but it's a good tv. So I decided to try the 4K Smart TV. It's taking me a little longer to get use to all of the different things that's loaded on. Color is beautiful and I'm having fun learning about it. I hope it last as long as the other one I have.

I got this to replace a 15 year old non-smart TV. Of course it is much more compact and the screen frame much smaller than 15 years ago. The screen clarity and brightness are wonderful. The sound is great. The price for the quality is excellent. It was fairly easy to set up (though I never got the Google thing to work from my smart phone so I had to set up the TV manually) and everything works great. Wireless connects quickly and easily. There are plenty of apps, it being a Google TV. I have no complaints.

I purchased my 43" Sony X77LX78AL as a replacement TV for the bedroom mounted on the wall. It replaced a 9 yr old Vizio. The installation and set-up with our cable provider and WIFI was smooth and easy. The picture is so much better and it is quite easy to change settings if necessary. Very happy with our purchase!

I bought this TV for my small den and had it mounted on the wall. It's perfect for me. I can see it from my kitchen dining area which enables me to cook and catch a view of the TV!

always been happy with Sony. don't like the remote and I wish it was not tied to google .. I will be purchasing another higher quality one in a few months and larger. I hope the they have something without Google.

This is the first “smart” tv we ever had. Overall things work great. I am disappointed in the response time in switching between channels and apps. We even upgraded our WiFi only to not see much difference. Maybe because the connection to the WiFi is disconnected when the tv is off and it takes a few moments for the connection to be restored. Our older Roku seems to have faster response times than navigation between apps. In this aspect I can't give 5 stars. Otherwise I'm very happy with the tv.

It has soft issues and internet connectivity problems. Software updates do not fix anything.
