I've had this TV for about a year now and I love using it every day. It performs amazingly with my PS5. It enhances all media I stream from this devise.
Won this tv as a raffle prize with a JBL Soundbar. Easy to set up and fits the room nicely. Great combo with superb picture and fabulous sound for sports, movies and docos.
I purchased this tv spring of 2024, delivered it myself, It replaced a KDL52-xbr9 that had issues. The A80L 65” was easy to setup and wow what a picture plenty of apps , connected to dish tv. Plenty of channels 100% satisfied, I would recommend this TV to anyone with a desire to own a Great TV.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 83" A80L is absolutely amazing! Picture/motion quality is next level! The sound on the tv is very impressive too with no need to rush and get a soundbar. This tv makes watching any movie, show or sports even more exciting. Everything looks so smooth and clear. Setting the tv up was a breeze too. Everything connected straight away for me through my google nest set up. I've had this tv for about 3 weeks and can't recommend this enough.
I bought this TV a few weeks ago and I'm really happy. The blacks of the old are so great and the Google interface gives me all the apps I need. i'm a real Sony fan because I've had many of their TVs before and they're really reliable.
Very happy with my purchase - price was good, the TV exceeded our expectations in screen size, picture clarity, audio quality and ease of use.
Bought this TV last month and each time I sit to watch a movie or game I am wowed by the high picture quality on this sony tv. Leap from LED to OLED is definitely worth it.
Sony does make a great looking TV but just the update is the bad thing about Sony. 65 880 L model 2023 with a android 10 operating system which is ridiculous my 4K Google Chromecast has android 14 iOS on it so you need to pick up the software update for the TV because it's horrible that you guys what you're doing but great TV though.
Purchased a BRAVIA XR 65” Class A80L OLED 4K HDR Google TV mid September of 2024. Beautiful picture but...... At times the tv screen goes black and smashed all the way to the left side of screen are small white segmented/dashed vertical lines. Seems to happen when selecting any app, go back to home screen and all looks good. Power off for ~20 - 30 minutes and seems to work proper again. See attached video and would appreciate any info on symptom. thanks Tim
Bought just on 12 months ago. Excellent TV. I would certainly buy another. However, the warranty process via Sony is absolutely shocking. Their constant disregard or Australian Consumer Law and "Making it up as they go" while ignoring specific questions and ignoring the consumers right to replacement or refund has made me make the active decision to never buy another Sony product ever again. I have gone 4 weeks without a functioning TV to date.
