We love it it makes ice faster the my refrigerator lol.

My dislike, is ice despenser takes awhile to despense the ice. The likes are it gives you a full glass of ice. I also am have a hard time turning off the water, but I'm getting better at it. I feel this machine is definitely better quality than the last one I owned.

Works great, but I don’t like that the button for the water stays running until you push again to turn off. I can see a mess in my future with my toddler.

Makes a little too much noise, ice maker just stopped making ice.

Does not make the ice it says it should. it only makes about 1 to 1 .5 cups of ice twice a day. The water is difficult to shut off - the controls do not react the same every time . The fan came pushed in crooked on the side of the machine. makes noise. Overall, not happy with the purchase, especially considering the price!

I purchased this in August 2025. it has a year warranty but the company cannot be reached. It now only makes hot water. The cold water and ice no longer work. There seems to be no recourse so it's a complete waste of money.

I've had this since around June and today it completely stopped working. I'm pretty angry about it.

I tried contact the customer service that I have had tho s for less than 3 months they are answering because it's not working g

the buttons are not working. you push them softly or harder. you hold the button nothing seems to work.

I bought the machine on June 11th and it stop working July 14th. It stopped making ice and there's no cold water.
