Touch controls sometimes don't turn off when tapped. I've run my cup over a couple of times. Otherwise would be 5 stars all the way. Love the bottom load feature and the ice maker.

VERY Noisy !!! Don't waste your money
I have had this item for 2 months, it's VERY noisy so much so that it often wakes me up at nite. in the 2 months that I have owned this it is making the bottled water taste nasty, not sure what to do about this.

A piece of junk
I've only had this item since Saturday and it quit makings uce already. I will be returning this item. Definitely not worth the amount you pay for this
