Easy to install. Quiet running. like that i do not have to lift big jugs of water without wasting. Minimal space required to unstall.

love the shape of the ice cubes, conveniently made for water bottles or glass.

The ice takes forever to dispense, and the hot water just drips out.

Had they made a point to tell me this machine does not keep ice frozen I would have chosen something different. Which is probably why they don't mention that part. Be prepared to spend a lot of time emptying out the ice and storing it somewhere else.

Not worth it
We have had it 4 months and it's broken. Lights are flashing. It doesn't make much ice. It is not worth the money. Very disappointed because I was so excited for it.
